is now

To better serve our animal-loving community as we move into the future, we plan to expand our offering. And in the process, we thought a name change was in order is now

"Cuddly" is how we feel about animals and it's how animals make us feel. That being said, while there are many upcoming changes, our mission remains the same. We aim to help animals around the world live better lives through innovation, community, and kindness. Thank you for being a part of our movement and, now, the family.

T-Bone came to Picayune Veterinary Clinic with a fractured femoral neck. It was determined that the injury occurred when T-bone was struck by a car and then denied treatment for his injury by his previous owner. It must have been terrifying for T-Bone.

At this point, the most effective treatment option is a surgical procedure called a Femoral Head Osteotomy. This procedure will remove the femoral head and neck and allow the development of a false joint. This process will finally allow complete weight bearing and range of motion to return to T-bone. The recovery time is approximately six weeks. Range of motion water therapy and laser therapy will shorten the recovery time. We aim to pursue all options to help T-Bone get the best treatment available. We can't imagine the pain this puppy has endured before coming into our care, but with your help we promise he will know happiness and love.

Update: T-Bone had his surgery. We went ahead and pursued surgery before raising the funds. He is now in a foster home. However, the journey to full recovery continues. Please consider supporting his surgery and continued recovery with a wishlist purchase or donation. All items will stay with him through adoption and will keep him comfortable and cozy as he recovers and awaits his forever home

  • T-Bone is out of his e-collar and recovering well in a foster home.  He is working to regain the muscle tone he lost in his leg.  He is a happy boy and very glad that people have cared enough to help him be able to run and play again.

  • T-Bone had his surgery.  We went ahead and had him taken care of so that he could be comfortable even tho' we had not raised the money to cover his surgery. He is now in a foster home and recovering well.
