Miss Kitty was brought to DCC by a caring person that found her wandering aimlessly around their property. After several vet visits and numerous tests, it was determined that Miss Kitty had diabetes and Cushings disease. The meds needed to stabilize her will cost us $1099.00 each year. As she is in need of daily shots it will be unlikely that she’ll be adoptable. We don’t believe in euthanizing our fosters if they have a chance to live a normal life with the proper medications. We are a nonprofit small rescue that works solely on volunteer help and donations. The cost of caring for Miss Kitty is stretching our meager budget so we are hoping that she can get donations to purchase her necessary medications.
Miss Kitty is a sweet cat that helps raise the kittens in our foster program while they complete the process for adoption.
