is now

To better serve our animal-loving community as we move into the future, we plan to expand our offering. And in the process, we thought a name change was in order is now

"Cuddly" is how we feel about animals and it's how animals make us feel. That being said, while there are many upcoming changes, our mission remains the same. We aim to help animals around the world live better lives through innovation, community, and kindness. Thank you for being a part of our movement and, now, the family.

Update on Coal........Coal was not a happy camper going to the vet this evening. Coal is a 4.5 year old 23 pound cat that Evo and Eli's Love Box and Sanctuary pulled from a kill shelter in North Carolina. Coal was an owner surrender due to his weight and not using the litter pan. He was severely matted that he couldn't walk . The shelter gave him a nice haircut and cleaned him up. DRUM ROLL PLEASE. Coal has lost 1.5 pounds in less then a week. GREAT JOB Ruthann Shae. Coal is now on special food and we are waiting on his lab work. Over all the vet visit went well. I would like to give Ruthann and her husband a huge shout out for fostering/ loving Coal also for helping him get healthy .

  • Coal was back to the vet due to elimination problems that was temp. relieved with a catherization and some medications. His fosters are watching him closely but another trip to the vet will be needed if he can't eliminate on his own. His vet bills in his two weeks at the foster have been close to $750.00. The Westminster foster family has given him SUCH GREAT LOVE AND CARE. Please consider a donation to help this big guy along. He is only 4 yrs old and he is still adjusting to being abandoned by his only owner but is making strides each day in his foster home. He is also continuing on his weight loss journey and is down to 21.3 lbs! Thank you his wonderful foster family for loving him and getting him care that is original owner failed to do.

    Please consider donating.

  • Update.... Coal has a blockage they catheterized him and Dr said there was a little resistance so they are hoping that his two antibiotics and 1 other medicine will clear it up. If not it's very expensive to have the testing done to determine what the blockage is. Today's visit was almost $500.
