Ginger is a sweet pup that has a chance at a forever home but needs your help to get there.
This 4 year old Pocket Pittie was neglected for most of her life and was turned into the Baldwin Park Animal Shelter. Because she did not have owners that took the time to train her, she had some signs of behavioral problems, so she was quickly put on the euthanasia list. When we saw her, we knew we couldn't let her just die in the shelter. We rushed to rescue her from the shelter and put her in a board and train facility to work on her behavior.
Ginger waited and waited for a family to adopt her, but no one came forward for a long time. We were starting to lose hope when a lovely family came forward and knew she had to be theirs. We were so happy that Ginger was finally able to get the life she deserved with a family that loved her. Unfortunately, that did not last very long. The family recently called us and let us know that Ginger was showing some signs of aggression and did not know what to do. They desperately love Ginger and want to keep her but need help with her training.
That is why we are asking for your help. Ozzie and Friends wants to keep Ginger in this loving home, but we need help raising $400 to get Ginger the continued training she needs to feel safe and comfortable in her new home. Please help us, every dollar will help Ginger live the life she's always deserved!
