In a matter of moments, Ceres’s life was turned upside down as her health suddenly took a turn for the worse.
Ceres is a 7-year-old pup who seemingly was in great health her entire life. One day her owners noticed that she had begun peeing blood and they knew something was drastically wrong. They decided the best thing for her was to surrender her to us so we could get her the proper care she desperately needed. We took her to the vet where they found that she has a bladder stone. We thought that was the worst of it when all of a sudden she began having seizures. She was rushed to the emergency vet where she currently remains and now we must wait to figure out what is going on with this poor girl.
As soon as we know more we will update her fundraiser but in the meantime, we have already acquired a bill for her care that we desperately need help covering. Please consider donating today, every donation makes a difference!

Our sweet Ceres began suffering more and more seizures. We were so worried and wanted nothing more than for them to stop and after some more time at the emergency vet, we are thankful to say they have stopped. We are continuing to keep a close eye on her in case they start again but we are hopeful she is past them. Her bloodwork was done and everything came back normal which was a great sign. Keeping our fingers crossed for her!
Her emergency vet stay was extremely costly for us and with donations down so much recently we are barely able to cover it. We desperately need the support to help us recoup what has been spent so we can continue her care and rescue more animals in need. Thank you in advance. ❤
