The owner of the backyard found her and sought help. We immediately took this 5-month-old pup to West Texas Emergency Vet in Odessa, where it was revealed that she was severely attacked or possibly used as bait. X-rays showed several broken ribs, as well as a pretty bad broken front leg. She was also running a fever, bloodwork results weren't good, and the vet also did a Respiratory PCR. This little girl is in dire need of love and medical care.
At the vet, Billy’s leg was splinted and she was given Ketofan injection, Amoxicillin, Carprofen, Capstar, and Gabapentin for pain. Her bill so far at the ER Vet is $771.51, which we paid out ofo pocket to get the pup seen and treated. Billy will need surgery at USAC to fix her leg and this will be an additional expense. Billy's finder is willing to foster her in a warm and loving home, but in the meantime, we desperately need donations to help this poor pup! She is just a baby and only the Lord knows what she went through in the five short months of her life! Any donation is so greatly appreciated and helps bring Billy on a road to recovery, thank you!

Little Billy didn't know what hit her, this puppy was recklessly thrown over a fence like a piece of trash and landed in a random backyard. This poor girl couldn't stand on her own and had bite marks all over her body, indicating that she was horribly treated!
