Healing Heart Rehab is a registered 501(c)(3) animal rescue in Central Texas! Healing Broken Hearts One By One. We were founded in 2022 by a family trio. Debra, Joy, and Russell spent years helping animals in need and knew they needed to do more so they decided to take the step of opening their own animal rescue.
