The specific purposes of this corporation shall be 1) to educate the public, raise awareness, and provide resources on the following issues, 2) to provide best practices on the processes of humane trap-neuter-return, fostering, and adoption for the purpose of increasing participation in this important work, 3) to reduce the overall population of outdoor cats, 4) to improve the quality of life of outdoor cats, and 5) to provide microchips, vaccinations, nail trims, and other basic medical services for cats within the community. We will do this through humane trap-neuter-return, fostering, and adoption. We will work with local animal shelters as appropriate. Our mission includes relocating cats to a sanctuary or private barn and creating and operating cat sanctuaries. The corporation will carry on other charitable activities associated with these goals as allowed by law.
