So far, 12 cats have been rescued and are safe with Animal Charity of Ohio, and rescuers will be heading back again on Friday for another sweep. As for right now, rescuers are doing everything in their power to ensure these cats decompress and receive the care they desperately need. But, rescuers can certainly use every ounce of support they can get as they currently have over 140 animals in the shelter. Donations are very much needed right now, so anything you are able to donate is greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping rescuers save these innocent animals and give them a second chance at an amazing life.

The condition in which these cats were found living was horrendous, to say the very least. They were forced to live amongst their own feces, urine, and filth, and each and every one of these innocent kitties is suffering from just about every ailment in the book.
Fortunately, APS and code enforcement officers did an amazing job getting the owner of the home out of these conditions and getting these cats to the vet for some much-needed medical care. The state of health these cats were in was so horrific to the point that a few of them were unable to even stand. Once all the cats are rescued, the house will need to be demolished…that's how deplorable of shape this house is in.
