Thank you for supporting CUDDLY's mission to provide life-saving relief to animals in need. As part of CUDDLY's offerings, donors have the ability to donate monetary and/or e-commerce items to shelters, rescues or municipal organizations. As such, there may be situations where a return is necessary and we want to make the process as easy as possible for both our donors and animal welfare partners.
If you receive a damaged or unusable product, please contact the Partner Success Team immediately. We will work on providing a replacement product at no cost to you. To start a return, contact our team at (866) 731-4832 ext. 118 or send an email to email@example.com where we will ask you to complete an online form providing us with the order number, name of your organization, and date of order. Providing us with this information will initiate the replacement process where we will provide instructions if the defective item needs to be returned.
If you have a donation that you believe warrants a return or refund, please contact our Donor Success Team, and we will work with you to provide a satisfactory resolution. Our donors are also encouraged to contact us at (866) 731-4862 x110 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if an issue arises with payments or system errors that would merit a return of donated funds.
