However, little Autumn's challenges continued because her hair grew patchy, she urinated far too frequently, and her blood work still didn't look quite right, so the vets monitored her daily and ran as many tests as possible. Still, they couldn't find a clear diagnosis.
After a visit to a specialist, Autumn was diagnosed with Cushing's Disease, Primary Bowel Disease, and possible kidney disease. She was put on daily medication and a specialty diet and will need to be closely monitored for the rest of her life since her illnesses are treatable but not curable.
In addition to her medications, Autumn also needs routine bloodwork and tests to monitor her condition, which will also be incredibly expensive. We run solely on donations and are relying on our generous supporters to help cover the costs of Autumn's medical treatment. Sadly, we are running out of funds and really need your help!
Please consider helping little Autumn by donating to her medical fund or sending a get-well gift from her wishlist, such as food, treats, toys, and supplements. OC Pom Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and all donations are fully tax-deductible.

Tiny Autumn is a four-pound Pomeranian who was recently diagnosed with several chronic diseases. When Autumn arrived at our rescue last year, she weighed less than three pounds and was completely hairless. Despite being given antibiotics, allergy injections, and frequent baths, her condition didn't improve. Then, the vet suggested lime sulfur dips to stimulate hair growth which successfully helped her hair grow back within a couple of months!
