Fading Newborn Kittens Who Fought For Every Breath Are Now Healthy, Thriving And Home… All Because O
October 12, 2026
Thanks to your donations, this impossibly small kittens are healthy and home! Thank you for donating through CUDDLY! Teeny and Tiny were still nursing when a fast-spreading respiratory infection began to steal their strength. Little orange Teeny was growing weaker by the hour, and we feared we were running out of time. But these two tiny fighters pulled through, and both have found forever homes. It’s all thanks to your support right here on CUDDLY.
Their journey began with heartbreak. Newborn kittens have nothing to fight with: no built-up immune system, no reserves and no strength to spare. An infection a grown cat might shake off can take a newborn’s life in a matter of days, sometimes hours. Teeny was the weaker of the two, struggling in ways that broke our hearts every time we checked on him. Every hour without treatment felt like an hour closer to losing him.
Our rescue was already overwhelmed and stretched further than ever before by medical cases we couldn’t bring ourselves to turn away. But we couldn’t look at two babies still learning to nurse and tell them we didn’t have enough. So we called on you, and you came through. Your donations paid for the eye drops, antibiotics and urgent care these babies so desperately needed.
Slowly, the kittens began to turn a corner. Their breathing eased, their eyes cleared, and little by little their tiny bodies grew stronger. Teeny, the kitten we had been most afraid for, kept fighting right alongside his sibling. Along the way we had a sweet surprise: our two “girls” turned out to be little boys! Watching them go from fragile, fading newborns to healthy, playful kittens was a turning point we will never forget.
And then came the moments we had been hoping for all along. Tiny, the little black kitten, now goes by Bean. He was adopted by a family with four children, so he will never be short on love, playtime or snuggles.
Teeny, our brave orange fighter, is now Biscoff, and he has a daddy of his own. Even better, the family’s rescue cat, Mango, took right up with him. Biscoff came home to a new dad and a new best friend.
Thanks to your contributions and support through CUDDLY, Bean and Biscoff received the medicine, the care and the time they needed to reach this happy ending. From two fading newborns fighting for every breath to two healthy, loved kittens in homes of their own, their story ends exactly the way it should. Thank you for standing with them every step of the way.
