"Dear Cuddly Management,

I am writing this as a testimonial to the caring, efficient, generous support we have received and continue to receive from your organization ? specifically through our fundraising consultant, Veronica De Bernardo. We were introduced to Cuddly.com through Defensa Animales Rincon on September 28 of this year ? just one month ago. I had never heard of your organization before then, but within hours of an email sent from Defensa introducing us to Cuddly.com to see if we qualified, I received an email from Veronica welcoming us and specifically, asking how she could help.

Since then, there have been no less than a dozen email messages (both initiated and in response to my questions) from her. Each one was a gift. Some were answers to very specific - and oftentimes, ignorant questions - about how to complete our profile and start a campaign. Others were encouragement, suggestions, and offers of additional support for what we are doing to rescue and train horses to be therapy horses at Horses of Hope/Caballos de Esperanza, Inc. Each of these messages was personal, and written with human compassion, care, and directed at helping in every way possible. Veronica created personal videos to show me a process when I was confused. She shared excitement and joy in the efforts we are undertaking and offered ideas on how to better improve our outreach for funding. Some were simply a reminder that she was there, to support us regardless of how difficult circumstances were, including the Cuddly email sent the day that Facebook went down for several hours. I love the humor, humanity, and personal connection in each message. I thank Cuddly for empowering their fundraising consultants to act as such wonderful personal mentors. And, I cannot think of a better one than Veronica De Bernardo. She is truly a treasure!

Before ending this testimonial, I must tell you that we are connected with several other fundraising platforms. So, I am not unfamiliar with how support of this type generally works. And, Cuddly.com and Veronica, specifically, go above and beyond the service we have received from any other organization. The platform you have created and the way it works (truly functions!), outshines many others ? both in its structure, its congruence with your mission, and its proven ability to reach those who care deeply about animal rescue and helping those who do this work. Moreover, the fundraising support you give your clients is personal customer service at its finest. With a physical distance of over 3,500 miles between us and operating wholly in a virtual world, we feel close, personally appreciated, and supported in every communication. This is an achievement that is remarkable and, of which, both the organization as a whole and Veronica De Bernardo can be very proud.
