King is Resilient, handsome, kind, sweet, and sensitive - sounds like the perfect guy, right?! How did anyone let this pup go? This pup had been caught twice by the shelter, and then we were finally able to rescue him for good.

Dochas N Gra Animal Rescue is in rural South Carolina, and help is hard to come by these days just like the rest of the world. But especially for a pup who needs to be adopted but is heartworm positive. King is a very sweet and loving boy, definitely a momma's boy who follows us around everywhere. He has kind eyes and is very sensitive to his core, he's a perfect pup and it breaks our heart that he has been in this situation for too long.

But we are happy to announce that after many treatments, King is doing amazing! He is so happy and has a whole different take on life due to the people who gave him a second chance. The last challenge we had was making sure that we put some weight on him, and we are SO glad to report that he is now a healthy weight.!

This boy’s life turned around thanks to the amazing donors and this CUDDLY platform! We reached almost 90% of our goal for his treatment and we couldn’t be more thankful. The rescue business is hard but WORTH IT, and because of you we are able to continue to do this work and save as many of these innocent lives as well can!
