Tess

Once looking at Tess's condition, it was hard for one not to shudder in pain. This beautiful pit mix was only four months old and already dealt with neglect that is unimaginable for most. Dumped on the streets of Rome, Georgia, and left to be eaten up by the parasite thriving on her body.

Tess survived the parasite that was using her body as a host thanks to Humane Society of Calvert Charitable Organization.  This poor girl went through so much with her diagnosis of Demodex Mange, a mite that attaches itself to the body of the host - Tess.   Her hair fell out in patches while her skin dried out, swelled up, crusted over, itched, and burned, but rescuers were able to send this girl far down a road into recovery!  

Now Tess has a full coat of fur all over her body!  This little angel pup was able to make a full recovery all thanks to Calvert Charitable Organization and donors like you!  Tess now loves to hang out with her best friend, Hunter, the little boy you see in the picture, she was happily adopted into a wonderful family!  This little pup has endured so much pain and anguish in her life, now she is able to be spoiled (that she is) and receive all the love in the world from her new permanent family!

We at CUDDLY want to give credit where credit is due, when Tess needed the funds for extensive treatment, funds have been raised all thanks to Tess’ donors and supporters.  This little pup could have never done it without the help of all the amazing donors who give so diligently on our platform.  Tess is proof, when rescuers, donors, and all of us at CUDDLY get together, miracles are put to work. Thank you for all of the love and support that was shown to this sweet girl, she could never have been able to find her loving home and best friend without you!
