Innocent Sweet Pups

News spread rapidly on June 14, 2021, about the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) temporary ban on the importation of dogs from 113 high-risk rabies countries. This decision was a complete shock to the system to EVERYONE in rescue - but most importantly the international rescue community...

This was devastating news as it impacts the rescues who are working SO hard to give cruelty cases, extremely neglected, and even dog meat trade survivors a second chance - now we need to get as many out as we can before the "borders close" so to speak.

What seemed to be a hopeless situation turned into a beautiful representation of people coming together for the greater good! We were able to raise 100% OF THE GOAL THAT WE HAD! This was overwhelming, to say the least, people rallied around these animals in a fight for a better life!

We were able to bring a good amount of these sweet faces over and we will continue to bring as many as we can! We still have a few more that we are trying our best to bring over for their second chance at life, we are confident this will happen as it feels like we can do anything with the amount of support we have had!

We just want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who has donated and sent their well wishes to us and these innocent animals. We also want to say thank you to CUDDLY for providing a platform for us to get these stories out there for the world to see!
