Winnie

Winnie's life was anything but easy for her. She has only known the worst of it. Winnie is just a small breed four-month-old puppy. She has obvious skin issues, internal and external parasites, and is very malnourished from being left on the streets for so long if not her whole life. She has been started on mange treatment as well as being dewormed, given flea/tick treatment and prevention, and is getting what looks like her first nutritious, regular meals in a long time. She is thankfully safe now and in a much better place being in rescue but she has a long road to recovery ahead of her, both emotionally and physically...

After a painfully long quarantine, Winnie was able to come out and receive all the love and snuggles we had been storing up for her! She has the sweetest heart and has never met an enemy and was so excited to be able to run around and play with all of her new friends!

This precious girl has fought through the tough times and the painful recovery to finally be at a place where she is happy and healthy. She has made a FULL recovery and now has a second chance at life, and we couldn’t be happier for her. She is now ready to be adopted and is waiting for her forever home.
