When we first got this sweet senior beagle, she had spent 10 years of her life never knowing a single moment of peace. Day after day continued to go by as she was left without comfort and support. At least, not by the looks of her once starved and aging body, along with the massive tumors that hung from her abdomen.

How this girl spent so long wandering the streets during the freezing nights of Texas with no offer of help was mind-boggling to us. One look at this sweet angel and we were ready to do whatever it took to ensure her safety and care! This poor baby was suffering from not one, but several masses that engulfed her fragile body. Her massive tumors were thought to be a likely case of mammary cancer based on their positioning and firmness. 

Thankfully, the doctors successfully removed ALL of her tumors! The surgery left her with quite a gnarly scar, but that didn't stop her from being the adorable girl we came to know and love! Life without the tumors has been a HUGE positive change for our Betsy, allowing her to do all the things a pup loves most!

We are so excited to share some GREAT news with all of you! The results of her tumors came back benign which means she is actually free of any suspected cancer!! BUT, that isn't even the best part, this Incredible senior girl has been ADOPTED! She has found a forever family to love and care for her, and we couldn't be happier for them! 

However, none of this would have been possible without the help of CUDDLY and the amazing CUDDLY donors! We can't thank you enough for all the support we have received as we worked hard to restore this beautiful pup, who raised OVER $6,000! As a nonprofit organization, these donations are what make dreams like Betsy's come true!
