Ramsey (fka Rosey)

At barely four months old, Rosey was found whining in pain in the middle of the street after colliding with a speeding vehicle.  

Despite hearing her body slam against the metal? the driver carried on their day as if nothing had happened.  However, Rosey is a fighter, and even though her fragile body miraculously survived this horrific tragedy, she was set to be euthanized when she entered the local shelter.  However, when rescuers at Dogs On The Move heard about this precious little girl, they dropped everything they were doing and eagerly rushed her to Leader Animal Hospital.  After an evaluation, it was discovered that Rosey has blunt force injuries and infections in her knees from being hit by the car.  In addition to this, she ALSO has some old wounds from a previous trauma that affected her spine.  Unfortunately, surgery was not an option, but rescuers were determined to do whatever was needed to offer her a better future despite the challenges they faced. 

Now, Sweet Rosey (now known as Ramsey) lives a better life.  It was a long road to recovery, but she used her loving spirit through this healing journey.  Dogs on the Move gave this little pup the best chance to live a better future!  They were patient with this girl, and after rounds of physical therapy, acupuncture, laser sessions, and lots of encouragement, Ramsey made a remarkable recovery! 

Ramsey (fka Rosey) has steadily gained more control of her back legs and learned to "walk," but you would never know she was challenged because she is the fastest pup around!  Even more impressive is that Ramsey's foster parents, who continued therapy for her at home, realized how much they loved her and thought she was perfect for their pack!  That's right!  Ramsey was adopted by her foster family, which makes us so happy here at CUDDLY!  Knowing that Ramsey now lives with her loving mom, dad, and multiple furry siblings makes our hearts warm and filled with so much joy!  This adorable girl now has FIVE new fur brothers and sisters with whom she can run around and pay.  Ramsey is so loved, and she deserves to be after all the hard work she put in through challenging physical therapy.  

We'd like to take the time out to thank her supporters near and far here at CUDDLY!  Ramsey is so grateful for her new family, and this wouldn't have happened without your generous donations and prayers!  This sweet girl grew more in control of her legs and gained a healthy weight over time with the love and care everyone provided for her!  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts; because of her supporters here at CUDDLY, Ramsey will forever be able to run with the pack and be adored by her new forever family!
