Happy Tails to Penney

Happy Tails to Penney! Penney has found a forever home! 

After having a rough beginning, she in now in a loving home. She will be  joining a couple with a fur brother to play with. She is definite an explorer and although the  adopter tried to keep the two cats separated to make sure they did a proper introduction, Penney escaped the bedroom and explored her new home.

 Her adopter has already updated NCHS with "She’s already such a perfect fit. He warmed right up to her!! His tail was puffy for maybe a minute and now he just wants to play with her "

Penney's foster mom cried tears of joy to see that she fit right in to her new home  and the she adapted so quickly as well as her new brother.  

NCHS wants to thank all the donors that helped out Penney through her laser treatments for her recovery. Without you, she could've lost her leg, but with the laser treatments, she made a full recovery and found her forever home. 

Of course, Penney's new life wouldn't have been possible without our generous supporters and awesome partners at CUDDLY who helped share Penney's remarkable story and made her laser treatment possible. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking a chance on Penney and giving her the life he deserves! 

We also want to shout out Dogwood Vet in Newnan who gave the injury saving laser treatments to Penney and gave her a full recovery. She is now able to play and run just like any other kitten and live her life to the fullest.
