Not long ago, this sweet girl was found on the streets in a condition that almost didn't look real, with bone exposed from a devastating injury, forced to hobble along on three legs for weeks. We suspect she had been struck by a distracted motorist and left surviving in constant pain with no one stepping in to help. A good Samaritan finally spotted her and reached out, and we didn't hesitate. We immediately began arranging the urgent amputation surgery she needed to end her suffering once and for all.

Her surgery was a success. She came through beautifully and was moved into a temporary foster home, where she was closely monitored, kept comfortable, and finally given the love and attention she had been missing for so long. Even in those early days of recovery, her strength and resilience were impossible to miss.

As she healed, this resilient girl began truly thriving. Her foster family took her on adventures she never could have imagined. A first trip to the beach, feeling sand beneath her paws for the first time, and even a weekend getaway. She was happy, curious, and soaking up every bit of joy she had been denied for far too long.

Somewhere along the way, her foster family realized they couldn't imagine letting her go. They made it official, becoming a foster fail and giving her a brand-new name to match her brand-new life: Clover. Today, Clover has two furry siblings and spends her days playing, wrestling, and chasing them around the house. Today, she is surrounded by love, comfort, siblings to play with, and a family who adores her exactly as she is.
