Viva

We’re so full of joy that we’re about to BURST! Our sweet Viva has regained her ability to walk! Some of our long-term followers may recognize this precious pup, but her story is worth sharing again—that way, everyone understands why this success is so important.

When we first heard about Viva, she was paralyzed on the roadside in Albania. Viva was trapped in her own body for five agonizing days as passersby ignored her whimpers for help. One day, a compassionate soul took pity on her and contacted our team for support. We rushed this hurting girl straight to the vet clinic, but we encountered a HUGE obstacle: the specialized surgery that Viva so desperately needed couldn’t be performed in Albania.

Eventually, our team found a surgeon in Italy who was willing to take on Viva’s case. Our team had no funds left, but Viva needed surgery ASAP if she was going to have any chance of walking again. We had no idea how we were going to afford her transportation or the thousands of dollars the surgeon required upfront. And so, we turned to the CUDDLY community for help…

And the response was immediate. Thanks to YOUR generous contributions, we raised enough money to send Viva to Italy and perform the procedure that would allow her to walk again. It was nothing short of a miracle. We believe Viva felt the outpouring of love and support from each of you.

Gradually, Viva began to show signs of improvement. First, she regained her ability to stand without help. Then, after countless physiotherapy sessions, Viva started bravely taking steps on her own! Our sweet girl is getting more pep in her step each day, and we can’t wait to see what the future has in store for her. This precious pup’s progress has been nothing short of incredible, and it’s all because of you. Your kindness has truly saved Viva’s life. Thank you.
