Flower
We have the BEST news to share. Flower has been adopted! Her new life is officially beginning, and our hearts are bursting with joy. But before we get swept up in celebration, we want to take a moment to reflect on the long road that led her here.
When we first met Flower, she was just five months old, and already let down by the humans in her life. Her former owner stormed into a vetâs office and coldly declared, âI almost hit her twice. Put her down.â Without waiting for a response, the owner left.
Flowerâs tiny body was fighting a battle. She was suffering from severe Demodex mange, a brutal bacterial infection, and what appeared to be a fungal infection under her neck. Her tail had been docked, and we fear the procedure was done at home instead of at a vetâs office. Sweet Flower was practically hairless, covered in red, blistered skin. She was clearly in agony.
We knew Flower needed immediate treatment, but her care was going to be extensive and expensive. At that time, we just didnât have the funds to take it on. So, we turned to the CUDDLY community. We sent out a plea for help, not knowing what would happen nextâŚ
But the response was instant. Thanks to YOU, we were able to secure crucial supplies for Flower. She received frequent medicated baths, antibiotics, and more. With each passing day, this sweetheart was feeling more and more relief.
Now? Flower isnât just surviving. Sheâs thriving! Her skin has healed beautifully. Her coat grew back, revealing a wonderfully speckled pup. And best of all, she has a family who sees her for the bright, joyful soul sheâs always been.
Flowerâs transformation would not have been possible without you. Your kindness, your donations, and your belief in her changed everything. Thank you for being the reason Flower got her second chance. You saved her life. And today, we get to celebrate that. Welcome home, sweet girl!
