We’re overjoyed to share with you that Diva has found her forever home! After a rollercoaster of a recovery, we are so thrilled that this sweet girl is living the life she’s always deserved. We’re ready to break out the confetti, but before we do, let’s take a second to look back on Diva’s story…

Our team first heard about Diva through an urgent rescue plea from a local shelter. Starved, neglected, and abandoned, Diva was suffering from an excruciatingly broken femur. Even worse, she was slated for euthanasia the instant she arrived at the shelter.

We knew we didn’t have much time to save Diva. Our team stepped up to transfer her to our rescue, knowing that her medical bills would be more than we could afford. But if we didn’t help Diva, who would? And so, we reached out to the CUDDLY community with a cry for help, uncertain of what the outcome would be…

But before we knew it, the donations came pouring in. As we kept a careful eye on Diva’s leg, this sweetheart settled into her foster home, aided by the wonderful gifts sent by this community. Diva even discovered a new favorite treat—she’s obsessed with carrots!

Thanks to the wonderful contributions from this community, Diva recovered in no time. To our delight, her leg healed up beautifully, meaning no amputation! And now, the news we’ve been itching to share…  

Diva has officially been adopted! Now named Ava, this sweet girl’s life has completely transformed for the better. We couldn’t be happier for her and her new family. Thank you to everyone who showed up for her. We couldn’t be more grateful. Welcome home!
