Theodore

Believe it or not, Theodore was surrendered because he has a birth defect that his breeder didn't approve of. So of course when volunteers at Wonder Paws Rescue heard about this, they jumped in to save this little cutie.

Theodore was born with Spina Bifida and suffers from some incontinence issues. Spina Bifida is when the spine and spinal cord don't form properly, which makes it difficult to walk. This sweet boy needed to have spinal reconstructive surgery to give him the best chance at a ?normal? life. The surgery unfortunately won't help with his incontinence, but it will prevent further loss of mobility in his rear legs.

Because of Theodore's CUDDLY fam, Wonder Paws Rescue was able to raise over $1,000 to get this cutie his much-needed surgery! The surgery was an absolute success, but the good news doesn't stop there because Theodore also found his forever family! Kevin and Melissa own their own animal hospital and are devoted to rescuing special needs pets. This lucky boy will have many fur siblings and get to go to work every day with his pawrents! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect ending. You sure hit the jackpot, Theo!
