Eli

Eli was the victim of tragic animal abuse where he was dumped outside an apartment complex with multiple fractures in his femur, left and right side of his pelvis, acetabulum and ilium.

While little Eli' was left lying in pain all alone, some children found him and realized he had been abandoned and was in need of help. After this,  a plea was put out on Facebook for someone to help which is how our rescue decided to step up to save him. Shortly after taking him in, we learned the devastating news of his severe fractures and that the vet was unsure if they could be repaired. 

With this uncertainty, Eli was hospitalized and placed on pain management until his multiple surgeries could be completed. Due to him only being 8 pounds, the decision was made to repair the right side on day one and the left side on day two. Fortunately, this treatment plan was a huge success as Eli's incisions healed up beautifully allowing us to focus on giving him the best possible life. He will never again feel the pain of the past as we have made it our mission to make sure his life is forever filled with beautiful adventures.
