Miracle

This sweet girl is legitimately an absolute MIRACLE. Her story is absolutely horrific but we couldn't be happier with her amazing ending.

Miracle was found in an apartment complex dumpster one Sunday afternoon. We don't know how long she had been there or if others had seen her and chose to ignore her. But someone with a heart saw her and reached out to rescue for help. Miracle was a tragic sight?she was beaten and left to die in a dumpster. It was a 90-degree day in South Texas but probably felt 110 degrees in that disgusting metal death trap. She was rushed to the ER vet where it was discovered her extensive injuries were caused by blunt force trauma. X-rays from her head needed to be sent off to a specialist. The X-ray results from her body showed signs of hip dysplasia, which means Miracle was a senior. But not only that; she also had blunt force trauma to her HEAD and face. She was bleeding all over?

Someone actually beat an old dog and just left her to die. There was no way she would have ever been able to get out of that dumpster on her own. The sad thing is she never made a single sound. Miracle had given up. After what a human did to her, what could she possibly expect from anyone? What if the angel who found Miracle hadn't thrown out her trash that day? What if it had been trash day and the bin had been picked up? But miracles do happen and our Miracle is proof of that.

Rescuers have opened a case with the police to find who could've done that to her and Miracle was treated head to toe ASAP. Thankfully she made an amazing recovery and was also spayed. She has raised over $7K which was $2K over her goal which is INCREDIBLE! She was so happy when she received all of her goodies from her donors and has felt such love for the first time in her life. She is currently surrounded by rescuers and people who absolutely love her and most importantly she is SAFE forever! Thank you so much to everyone that gave her story the best ending!
