Ares is one heck of a fighter!
Meet Ares, the God of courage and war. We aren't sure he won many battles but from the looks of him, he had certainly fought his share. Amazingly, his combo test was negative so he was sent to Proctorville Animal Clinic for neuter surgery and treatment for an ear infection as well as antibiotics for the abscess on his face. He had missing and broken teeth and an old leg fracture causing him to limp.
Ares was quite of a mess from his past experiences but continued to show rescuer nothing but love. After some antibiotics and a LOT of treatments; he was infection-free and started growing his fur back on the places he had some bald spots from abscesses and drainage.
He is currently enjoying his best life with his foster family and received so many goodies from his Cuddly donors! He has raised over $3k for his medical expenses which was WAY over his goal of $750! The remaining money will be going towards other animals in need like him so we thank you SO much for your endless support! Because of you, so many animals will be getting the care that they need - THANK YOU SO MUCH.
