Willie

No living creature deserves to endure what Wille has at such a young age, suffering so much in his short lifetime from agonizing pain and discomfort from his eye.

When I Stand with My Pack was contacted about this sweet angel pup, Willie, a six-month-old baby who had lost sight and had a horrific eye infection, rescuers knew they needed to step in and save this boy’s life.   After rushing him to the vet, it was discovered that this poor boy needed surgery to remove the infected eye, but first, they needed the infection to subside with medication.   

Finally, Willie is no longer in pain and is completely healed! He is such a sweet and affectionate pup that deserves to live a quality life. I Stand With My Pack worked hard to get this boy through full recovery, and after all their hard work and patience, Willie found a forever home! Now Willie will receive all the kisses and cuddles he’s waited so long for! On top of that, he gained a new furry family member to run around and play with! So much goes on behind the scenes in animal rescue; Rescuers work hard and take pride in what they do, and this is the reward - seeing a rescued dog safe, happy, and loved.

We at CUDDLY want to give credit where credit is due; when Willie needed the funds for surgery, the funds were raised! This little pup could have never done it without the help of all the fantastic donors and fosters who diligently give on our platform. Willie is proof that when rescuers, donors, and all of us at CUDDLY get together, magic can really happen!
