Remi

"This pup was born into the hands of people who recklessly and intentionally put her in danger by trying an “at home” method of cropping her ears using a fishing line. 

Somehow, this precious soul escaped the grasp of these people and made a run for it. She was found on the side of the road by a Good Samaritan who picked her up and brought her to our rescue. We moved quickly in getting her a vet appointment. One look at her oozing and infected ears were enough to raise a ton of concern."...

Remi has suffered a great deal in her young life. While caring for her, we found out that she is actually only 3 months old, not 5 like we were originally told. She suffered at the hands of people who she trusted to love her and protect her, but they failed miserably.

Though this was such an unfortunate start to life, we can confidently say that Remi's life has been completely turned around! She received the surgery to repair her ears and came out with flying colors. Though she still had stitches in her ears, that didn't stop her one bit from living her life! She has so much energy and SO much love to give, and she just needed to find a family who would return the favor.

And she found it!

We are overjoyed to inform you all that sweet Remi (now named Mercy) has been adopted by a loving family! She finally is in the home of her dreams, with parents who will never hurt her.  We are so excited for her new life, and it is all possible due to the generosity of our supporters. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your donations and gifts for this sweet girl.
