Emmett

The first time we saw little Emmett lying motionless in the middle of the street, our hearts sank because we thought we had found a deceased puppy. As it turned out, poor Emmett was still alive, although he couldn't walk, stand, or lift his head.

Even today, the details of Emmett's past are a mystery. Perhaps he had a family and was abandoned, or maybe he was living as a stray and simply gave up his search for food. Either way, Emmett came to us starving and in a state of extreme emaciation.

Emmett emerged from destitute street life with painfully rotted teeth that had to be extracted. He also required urgent neutering surgery to ensure his future health.

Following his medical treatment, sweet Emmett entered a foster home with another rescue pup named Arthur. Together, Emmett and Arthur formed an unbreakable bond that has helped the pair grow healthier and happier over time. The dogs love cuddling with each other and find comfort in the presence of the other. 

Amazingly, Emmett and Arthur were adopted together into a loving forever home where they can finally heal together. Their new mother is thrilled to provide the pups with the amazing life they both deserve.
